Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson are set to celebrate their first We Day at this year’s Toronto and Vancouver events! American Idol finalist and Academy and Grammy Award winner Jennifer Hudson is set to wow the crowd at Toronto’s We Day, taking place on Friday, September 28th at the Air Canada Centre.
Miley Cyrus will be taking her transferring her MMVA-hosting skills to Vancouver’s We Day, when she hosts a day full of amazing performances and inspirational speeches on Thursday, October 18th at the Rogers Centre. Miley told Free The Children that she excited to connect with youth, saying “As a young person myself, I am blessed with a great opportunity and a responsibility to be a positive role model for today’s young generation. When I learned what We Day was all about, I jumped at the chance to help lead the amazing crowd. We Day provides a platform for thousands of like-minded kids to be a part of something, see that they are not alone, and really make a difference in the world. Vancouver, here I come!”
Cyrus and Hudson will be in good company at both the Toronto and Vancouver We Day events, which boasts impressive line ups of today’s biggest names in music and inspirational speakers.
